Hummus chick peas puree

For the Hummus puree, pour chickpeas into a strainer and rinse thoroughly with water until the water remains clear. Pour the chick peas into a blender jug. Mix the oil, which settles on the Tahina Sesame Paste, well with the Sesame Paste. Add water and stir until the paste becomes smooth. Add sesame paste to the chick peas in the blender jug. Add olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix everything into a soft creamy puree. Season the hummus with pepper and salt and fill into small bowls or on a dessert plate. Garnish the hummus with paprika powder, parsley and olives. With flat bread or white bread Hummus Kicher peas puree is served as a starter.
