Stuffed mushrooms

For stuffed mushrooms, preheat the oven to 200° C. Rub large mushrooms with a soft cloth. Cut stems into small cubes. Finely dice onion and garlic and mix in. Finely chop parsley and add. In a frying pan, melt butter. Brush mushroom heads inside and out with melted butter. Sauté mushroom cubes in remaining butter. Mix in creme fraiche and 2 tablespoons grated medium old Gouda. Season with pepper, salt and chili powder. Fill the mushroom heads. Grease a baking dish with butter. Place stuffed mushrooms in the dish. Sprinkle with remaining grated Gouda. Bake stuffed mushrooms on middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Stuffed mushrooms go well with baguette.
