Balsamico spice pears

3 Pears
10 g Butter
1 tbsp Sugar
0,125 l White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Spice Cloves
1 Bay leaves
0,5 tsp Black pepper grains
2 tbsp Cream

For Balsamico spice, peel ripe, relatively firm pears and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan let out butter. Briefly sauté the pears. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise lightly. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Add spice clove and bay leaf. Pepper grains in the mortar roughly crush and add to the balsamic spice pears. Add the cream and let the sauce boil down like syrup. Balsamico spice pears fit very well as a side dish to game dishes.
