Asparagus salad with ham

500 g Asparagus
2 Lime
1 tsp Honey
Pepper & Salt
Cayenne Pepper
5 tbsp Olive Oil
50 g Rucola Salad
100 g Parma ham

Asparagus salad with ham is prepared with raw asparagus and Parma ham. The best way is to peel thicker stalks of white asparagus, cut off the woody ends and slice the asparagus as thinly as possible. Mix a marinade from the juice of two limes, honey, freshly ground pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Finally, stir the olive oil into the marinade. Pour the marinade over the asparagus, mix well and leave to stand for at least 2 hours. Shortly before serving, rinse rocket salad under running water, shake dry and spread on plates. Pluck Parma ham into bite-sized pieces. Arrange asparagus salad with ham on the rocket salad. Serve with fresh ciabatta or baguette.
