Wild garlic potato casserole

500 g Potatoes
10 g Butter
50 g Wild garlic
100 g Cream
0,2 l Milk
Pepper & Salt
Ground nutmeg
90 g Gruyère cheese

For ramsons potato casserole, first preheat the oven to 180° C. Peel and wash the potatoes and slice them finely. Brush a casserole dish with butter. Cut wild garlic into strips. Mix wild garlic and potatoes. Season with salt. Pour into the dish. Mix cream with milk. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle finely grated gruyère over the casserole. Pour the milk-cream mixture over the wild garlic potato casserole. Fry the bear's garlic potato casserole on the middle shelf for 40 minutes.
