200 g Book Wheat Flour
600 g Spelt Flour
3 tsp Salt
40 g Fresh yeast
0,375 l Water
4 tbsp Fruit vinegar
110 g Sesame seeds
110 g Sunflower seeds
110 g Linseed
6 tbsp Coarse oat flakes

Book wheat flour with spelt flour and salt mix. Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water. Add fruit vinegar and mix. Set aside 1 tablespoon each of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and linseed for sprinkling. Mix the remaining grains into the flour. Add the liquid to the flour mixture and knead well. If necessary, add a little more water until a thick paste is formed. Grease a box of 30, sprinkle with oat flakes and fill with bread dough.
