600 g Red perch fillet
3 tbsp Lemon juice
20 g Butter Lard
1 Onions
0,5 Dried coriander
1 tsp Curry, red
1 Red Paprika
0,5 Chilli pod
0,4 l Coconut milk
1 tbsp Fresh coriander
125 g Fragrance Rice

For Asian fish curry red perch fillet cut into pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Heat the lard in a coated pan. Dice the onion and garlic very finely. Steam at low temperature until glassy. Add coriander and curry paste. Steam briefly. Dice and add the paprika. Core the chilli, cut into fine slices and fry briefly. Pour on the coconut milk. Season with salt and lemon juice. Simmer the sauce lightly until creamy. Cook the fish in the sauce for 6 minutes. Sprinkle Asian fish curry with fresh coriander. rice to go with it.
