Baked mushroom baguette

Baked mushroom baguette is a small snack that tastes especially good when warm from the oven. Preheat oven to 180° C for baked mushroom baguette. Roughly rub Edam. Dice and add the ham. Cut the fresh mushrooms into slices and mix in. Cut the onion into thin slices and add. Mix egg yolk with sour cream. Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and pressed garlic. Stir the sour cream under the topping. Cut the baguette into three pieces and halve. Cover with the mixture. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Place the baguette on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake the baked mushroom baguette on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
