Salmon bread with egg

Salmon bread with egg tastes especially good on hearty farmhouse bread. Hard boil eggs. Cool in cold water. Spread slices of farmhouse bread with herbs and fresh cheese. Cover with iceberg lettuce. Arrange smoked salmon on top. Spread salmon with Gravlax sauce. Peel egg, cut into slices and spread on salmon bread. Sprinkle radish sprouts over the salmon bread with egg.
