Basil Dip

Basil Dip

For the basil dip mix fresh cheese with sour cream. Season with garlic, pepper and salt. Cut basil into fine strips and mix into the dip. Cut dried tomatoes into cubes. Mix into the basil dip. Dice olives and mix in. Cut tomatoes into slices. Arrange the basil dip on the tomatoes. Garnish as desired with fresh basil and olives. The dip goes well with ciabatta and grilled steak.
