Meatballs Potato casserole

For the Frikadellen potato casserole first Pell potatoes boil. In the meantime, mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, 1 egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form 6 meatballs and fry them in hot oil for approx. 6 minutes. Rinse the cooked potatoes with cold water, peel, dice coarsely and fill into a casserole dish together with the meatballs and cocktail tomatoes. Mix the cream, fraiche, cream and eggs to a sauce. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Cut the chives into small rolls and mix with the sauce. Pour cream sauce over the meatballs potato casserole. Sprinkle with grated Gouda and put the casserole dish into the cold oven. Bake on the middle rail at 160° circulating air for approx. 30 minutes.
