Cheese Pepper Schnitzel

Cheese pepper schnitzel is prepared in a cream sauce. Season the schnitzel with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Spread the pepper grains over it. Grate both types of cheese finely. Dice the mozzarella and sprinkle over the schnitzel together with the cheese. Mix cream with milk and martini. Season with salt and pepper. Pour cream sauce over the cheese pepper schnitzel. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Cheese pepper schnitzel on the middle rail 20 to 25 minutes gratinated.
