Farmer pan

400 g Potatoes
200 g Cabanossi sausage
80 g Leek Onions
3 Tomatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Pepper & Salt
3 Eggs
200 g Feta cheese

The farmer's pan can be prepared well. Boil the potatoes, cool in cold water, peel and cut into cubes. Cut cabanossi and leek onions into slices. Eighth tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the potatoes vigorously. Switch to medium temperature. Add the cabanossi and sauté. Add leek, onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with salt and pour over the farmer's pan. Allow to set at low temperature. Dice the feta and spread over the farmer's pan. Farmers pan in the preheated oven at 220° C circulating air on the middle rail 5 minutes gratinate. If the handle is not heat-resistant, pour the farmer's pan into a casserole dish and gratinate.
