Alsatian sausage salad

300 g Lyon meat sausage
150 g Emmental cheese
1 Onions
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lukewarm water
0,5 tsp Mustard
Pepper & Salt

For Alsatian sausage salad, first cut Lyon meat sausage and Emmental cheese into strips. Chop onion finely and add to the Alsatian sausage salad. Mix vinegar, oil, water and mustard to a marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the marinade with the Alsatian sausage salad. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Alsatian sausage salad tastes very good with freshly baked bread or with fried potatoes.
