Beer Bread

500 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 packet Back Powder
1 tsp Salt
0,5 tsp Sugar
0,5 l Beer

For the beer mix bread flour with baking powder & salt and sugar. Add the beer gradually while stirring. The dough remains viscous. Grease a box mould and sprinkle thinly with flour. Pour in the dough. Preheat oven to 175°. Bake beer bread on the middle shelf for approx. 60 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check whether the bread is cooked. When the dough no longer sticks to the wooden stick, remove the bread from the mould and place it on the grid for another 10 minutes with the oven switched off without the mould.
