Walnut balls
Quantity Ingredient
50 g Milk chocolate
210 g Powder Sugar
140 g Walnut kernels
3 tbsp Rum
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp Deoiled cocoa

For walnut balls, break chocolate into pieces, place in a small bowl and melt in a warm water bath, but do not boil. Take the pot off the stove. Stir in 200 g powdered sugar. Finely grind walnut kernels and stir in. Add so much rum until the chocolate mass is smooth and no longer crumbles. Allow to cool. Lightly rub the palms of your hands with a small piece of butter. Form small walnut balls and place on a plate. Walnut balls as desired in 1 teaspoon of sweet, 1 teaspoon of deoiled cocoa powder or 1 teaspoon of powder sugar roll. Store walnut balls in a sealed tin in a cool place.
