|125 g||Mascarpone Fresh Cheese|
|5 g||Vanilla Sugar|
|200 g||Forest berries, deep-frozen|
Advents Tiramisu is best prepared with frozen wild berries and left in the fridge overnight or prepared at least 4-5 hours before serving to soften the biscuits. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold the cream into the cream. Pour 1 tablespoon of the cream into each dessert bowl. Place 1 1/2 Spekulatius each on the cream. Spread the frozen berry mixture on top. Cover with the rest of the cream. Place one specula on top of each as decoration. Place in the refrigerator overnight or 4-5 hours before serving. If you like, you can sprinkle the Advents Tiramisu with icing sugar before serving and sprinkle it with stars of cocoa using a template. If you want to prepare the Advents Tiramisu for several people, simply double the amounts and fill the Advents Tiramisu into a casserole dish.
