125 g Rice
200 g Beef Hip Steak
1 tbsp Food starch
1 Onions
Garlic
3 tbsp Oil
40 g Raisins
0,1 l Broth
3 Curry
3 tbsp Soy sauce
0,25 tsp Sambal Oelek Paste
1 Pepper & Salt
1 Eggs
10 g Butter

Asian rice meat is prepared in the wok. It is best to cook the rice the day before or at least so long before that it has cooled down well. Beef hip steak in fine strips cut and turn in cornflour. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the beef strips briefly. Reduce heat. Add onions and garlic. Add the rice and fry for 5 minutes. Add the raisins and stock. Season Asian rice meat with 1 tablespoon curry powder, soy sauce, Sambal Oelek, pepper and salt. Whisk egg and salt. Heat butter in a coated pan. Bake the egg at low temperature to an omelette and cut into strips. Sprinkle Asian rice meat with omelette. Serve with cucumber and tomatoes as well as a dip of fish sauce with lemon juice, onions, garlic and chilli.
