Bolognese Schnitzel

Bolognese Schnitzel is prepared with an aromatic tomato sauce and gratinated with cheese. Season the schnitzel with pepper and salt and place in an ovenproof dish. Season minced meat with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Knead a small egg under the minced meat and cover the schnitzel with it. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and place them on top of the minced meat. Mix milk, cream, tomato paste, pepper, salt, freshly pressed garlic and oregano and cover the Bolognese Schnitzel with the sauce. Preheat oven to 200° C circulating air. Bolognese schnitzel on the middle rack baked for 20 minutes. Cut the gouda into slices, place on the schnitzel Bolognese and bake for 5 minutes.
