Mushrooms & Smoked Salmon

250 g Ribbon Noodles
500 g Mushrooms
0,25 Chilli pod
100 g Leek Onions
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Tomato puree
2 tbsp Soy sauce
0,15 l Milk
50 g Cream
200 g Smoked Salmon
Pepper & Salt
Garlic

Cook wide ribbon noodles or tagliatelle bite-resistant. Cut fresh mushrooms into slices. Halve the chilli pepper lengthwise with a small sharp kitchen knife, remove the white seeds and cut into rings. Since my chilli pepper was very hot, I only used 1/4 pod. Cut the leek into onions into rings. Heat the oil in a coated frying pan and fry the leek rings briefly, but do not let them brown. Add the tomato paste and fry for about 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and chilli rings. Continue frying for about 5 minutes. Deglaze the vegetables with soy sauce. Pour in the milk and cream. Cut the salmon into strips and add. Bring everything to the boil again. Season with a little pepper and salt as the smoked salmon and soy sauce are already salty. Press the garlic and stir into the sauce. Band noodles to pass the mushrooms and smoked salmon in cream sauce.
