Bechamel Potatoes

Bechamel Potatoes

500 g Potatoes
40 g Streaky bacon
0,5 Onions
20 g Butter
20 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,25 l Milk
0,125 l Beef Meat Broth
Pepper from the mill
100 g Ham dice
1 tbsp Parsley

For Bechamel potatoes first boil Pell potatoes. Rinse with cold water and peel. Dice the bacon and onions. Let out the butter in a pan. Brown the bacon and onions. Set to low temperature. For the béchamel sauce sprinkle flour over the onions. Gradually stir in the milk and broth. Cut the potatoes into slices. Heat in the béchamel sauce. Add the ham. Season béchamel potatoes with pepper. Chop the parsley finely and mix into the béchamel potatoes.
