500 g Potatoes
20 g Margarine
50 g Streaky bacon
1 Onions
Pepper & Salt
Dried marjoram
Caraway
75 g Sour cream
150 g Mett sausage
2 Eggs
50 g Cream
5 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Parsley

Farmer potato casserole gets a particularly hearty taste through Mett sausage. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into slices and let cool. In two pans let out margarine. Cut the bacon and onion into cubes, distribute into the pans and sauté. Spread the potatoes on top and sauté. Season with pepper, salt, marjoram and caraway. Farmers fill potatoes into a greased casserole dish. Stir the sour cream until smooth and drizzle over it. Mett sausage cut into slices and spread over the farmer casserole. Whisk eggs, sweet cream, milk and chopped parsley and pour over the farmer's casserole. Farmers potato casserole in preheated oven at 200° C circulating air on the middle rail bake for 25 minutes.
