Leek noodle casserole
Quantity Ingredient
400 g Leeks
200 g Tagliatelle Band Noodles
20 g Butter
100 g Cream
0,1 l Milk
80 g Gouda cheese
Pepper & Salt
Ground nutmeg

For leek noodle casserole first clean the leek. Cut into finger-length narrow strips. Salt Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Blanch the leeks for 2 minutes. Pour into a sieve. Rinse with cold water. Drain. Preheat oven to 180° C. Cook tagliatelle ribbon noodles. Mix with leek. For the glaze of the casserole, cook butter, cream, milk and grated Gouda cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Season with pepper, salt and ground nutmeg. Pour pasta mixture into a casserole dish. Spread the glaze over it. Bake leek pasta casserole on middle rack for 5 minutes.
