60 g Sugar
0,5 packet Vanilla Sugar
2 Eggs
100 g Margarine
250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 packet Back Powder
2 Apple
20 g Powder Sugar

Apple cookies can be baked easily and quickly. Preheat oven to 200° C convection oven. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and margarine. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in. Peel and dice apples and mix them into the dough. For the apple biscuits, place 1 tbsp. of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle shelf for 12 minutes. Dust apple biscuits with powdered sugar after cooling. Apple biscuits taste best when freshly baked.
