200 g Minced meat
1 Yellow Paprika
1 Green Paprika
1 Red Paprika
1 Onions
150 g Fresh pineapple
5 tbsp Soy sauce
0,125 l White Wine
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
2 tbsp Honey
0,25 l Broth
Pepper from the mill
0,25 tsp Sambal Oelek Paste
125 g Basmati rice

Asian minced rice pan tastes sweet and sour. If you use dark sesame oil for frying, the Asian minced rice pan gets a particularly fine aroma. Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Reduce temperature to medium level. Cut paprika and onion into cubes and add. Cut the pineapple into pieces and sauté. Season Asian minced rice pan with soy sauce, wine, vinegar and honey. Add the broth. Asian minced rice pan 20 minutes at low temperature braise. Season with pepper and Sambal Oelek. Cook Basmati rice and serve with it.
