500 g Apple
50 g Butter
100 g Sugar
1 Eggs
175 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 packet Back Powder
0,1 l Milk
0,1 l White Wine
20 g Powder Sugar

The recipe for the apple cake from the tray is enough for 1/2 baking tray. Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Boskop, Braeburn or another sour apple variety are best for the cake. Mix butter with sugar. Add the egg and beat until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and sprinkle over it. Add 0,1 L milk and 0,1 L wine each. Mix the dough well. Mix in the apple pieces. Line baking tray with baking paper. Place a baking frame on one half of the baking tray and brush with fat. Fill in the dough and smooth down. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Bake the cake on the 2nd rail from the bottom for 45 minutes. Let the apple cake cool on the baking tray. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
