The noodle salad tastes spicy and very aromatic due to dried tomatoes. For the pasta, cook the fusilli salad. Dice the dried tomatoes. In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the spiced oil from the tomatoes. Dice the onion and heat in it. Grate zucchini into fine strips, add and heat briefly. Add cream and milk and bring to the boil. Pour the zucchini into a bowl and mix in the drained pasta and dried tomatoes. Season with pepper, salt and vinegar. Cut the basil into strips and mix into the noodle salad. Fry the pine nuts in a pan. Before serving, sprinkle the pine nuts over the dried tomato noodle salad. The salad tastes best lukewarm.
