Lamb meatball

For lamb meatball with couscous you can use different vegetables of the season as a side dish. For the meatball, cut the lamb steak into coarse cubes and twist through the fine slice from the mincer. Cook the salt potatoes until done, let them cool a little and puree. Add the egg and mashed potatoes to the lamb. Cut the onion into very fine cubes, chop the parsley coarsely and knead into the lamb meatball. Season with freshly ground pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Form 6 meatballs with moistened hands. Turn in flour. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry each lamb meatball briefly on both sides. Press flat with a spatula. Fry over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
