Cappelletti in ham cream sauce

250 g Mushrooms
80 g Leek Onions
20 g Butter
40 g Ham dice
0,125 l White Wine
4 tbsp Cream
80 g Cream Fraiche Herbs
0,125 l Milk
1 tsp Starch Flour
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Cut leek
400 g Cappelletti Noodles

For Cappelletti in ham cream sauce first clean mushrooms and quarter. Cut leek onions into fine rings. Heat the butter in a pan. Brown the mushrooms. Add leek, onions and ham cubes. Deglaze with wine. Let it boil down a bit. Set to low temperature. Stir in the cream. Stir in cream fraiche with herbs. Pour on the milk. Mix starch with a little cold water. Ham cream sauce bind. Season with pepper, salt and pressed garlic. Cut leek into fine rolls. Cook fresh cappelletti for 2 minutes. Drain the cappelletti well. Serve Cappelletti with ham cream sauce. Sprinkle with cut leek.
