Hot Noodle Salad

200 g Fork Spaghetti
250 g Leek
250 g Meat sausage
1 Onions
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Sugar

Spicy noodle salad should be allowed to steep for 12 hours if possible so that the spices can fully unfold. This makes spicy noodle salad particularly suitable for celebrations and can be kept covered in the refrigerator. Cook fork spaghetti, rinse with cold water, drain well and pour into a bowl. Cut the leek into fine rings and add to the noodles. Finely dice the sausage and onion and mix into the noodle salad. Mix the oil, white wine vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice to a marinade. Season with curry, cayenne pepper and a sugar. The longer the salad can steep, the better it tastes. As a main course spicy noodle salad is sufficient for three portions, as a side dish for 6 portions.
