Swabian potato salad

400 g Boiling Potatoes
1 Onions
0,125 l Beef Meat Broth
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
3 tbsp White wine vinegar
Pepper & Salt
5 g Sugar
1 tsp Mustard
2 tbsp Parsley

Swabian potato salad is prepared classically without mayonnaise. Boil Pell potatoes in time. Drain and leave to cool. Peel and cut into thin slices. Finely dice onions and add. Bring beef meat stock to the boil. Pour over salad while still hot. Mix briefly. Stir sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and mustard into a marinade. Chop parsley finely and add. Pour the marinade over the Swabian potato salad. Mix carefully. Swabian Potato Salad should be covered and left to stand for at least 60 minutes. The longer Swabian Potato Salad draws, the better the spices unfold. Swabian Potato Salad is eaten lukewarm.
