Noodle Salad Italian

Noodle salad Italian is prepared with zucchini and Italian Provolone cheese. Cook the penne in boiling salted water with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until al dente, drain and allow to cool. Peel the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips. Cut the pepperoni into very small pieces. Dice the tomato and cut the zucchini into thin slices. Mix in the noodles. Cut Provolone into small pieces. Remove the seeds from the olives, finely chop the onions and mix them with the noodle salad. Noodle salad Italian is prepared with a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, pressed garlic, freshly ground pepper and salt. Coarsely chop the basil and stir into the salad dressing with the oregano. Mix the Italian pasta salad well with the dressing and leave to stand in the fridge for 30 minutes.
