Artichokes Tuna Salad

For artichoke tuna salad, first drain artichoke hearts, quarter them and put them in a salad bowl. Dice the peppers and add them. Cut onion into fine rings and add to the artichoke salad. Drain the oil from the tuna. Cut the tuna into large pieces and add. Mix oil, vinegar and water to a marinade. Season with pepper, salt, finely chopped garlic and chilli. Finely chop fresh herbs like parsley, basil and oregano. Mix with the marinade. Mix tuna salad with the artichokes and let it soak well.
