Cheese Wheat Beer Rolls

250 g Wheat wholemeal flour
0,5 packet Back Powder
70 g Emmental cheese
Herbs of Provence
1 tsp Salt
0,25 l Yeast Wheat Beer
1 tbsp Milk

These cheese wheat beer rolls can be prepared quickly because no time is needed to walk. Mix flour, baking powder, finely grated cheese, herbs of Provence, caraway and 1 teaspoon salt. Knead in just under 1/4 l yeast wheat beer. Form the dough into a roll. Cut into 5 pieces. Shape into rolls. Cut crosswise. Brushing with milk. Put the cheese wheat beer roll on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put them on the middle shelf in the cold oven. Bake at 180° C for 35 minutes. Cheese Wheat Beer Rolls cool down on a grid.
