1 cans Tomatoes pulp
40 g Ketchup
1 tsp White wine vinegar
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
5 g Sugar
Pepper & Salt
Tabasco sauce
0,5 Chilli pod
0,5 Onions

Chili sauce tastes good with all fried and grilled foods, or for dipping e.g. with tacos or chips. Mix tomato paste with ketchup, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, oil and soy sauce well. Season with a little sugar, freshly ground pepper, salt and a dash of Tabasco. Cut the chilli pod in half lengthwise and remove the seeds (if you like it extra hot, you can also use the seeds - but be careful). Cut half a chilli pod into very small cubes and mix into the sauce. Add freshly pressed garlic and half an onion finely diced. The sauce is easy to prepare and keeps covered in the fridge for a few days.
