Pancakes stuffed

120 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,25 l Milk
Salt
2 Eggs
30 g Margarine
20 g Butter
1 Onions
120 g Breakfast meat
200 g Mushrooms
1 Red Paprika
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Cut leek

Mix the flour, milk and salt to make a pancake dough. Leave to swell for about 20 minutes and then stir in the 2 eggs. In a coated pan, let out margarine in portions and bake three pancakes one after the other and keep warm. Leave 20 g butter in the pan. Brown the finely diced onion and finely chopped breakfast meat. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and add to the pan. Wash and halve the peppers, remove the seeds and white skins and cut into small cubes. Pour into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Short cooking. The paprika should remain bite-resistant. Place the pancakes on a plate, cover half with the meat and vegetable filling and fold the pancake with the free half over it. Sprinkle with chives cut into fine rolls.
