For Schnitzel in cream sauce first preheat the oven to 50 ° C. Warm two plates in it. For the topping, finely dice onions and cooked ham. Sauté with ham cubes in 1 tsp corn oil. Finely chop parsley and add. Heat 2 tsp corn oil in a frying pan. Sear the pork cutlets on both sides. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Keep cutlets warm in the oven. For the sauce, pour cream into the pan. Season with instant stock. Simmer cream sauce until creamy. Put the cutlets into the cream sauce. Add roast juice from the plate. Arrange cutlets in cream sauce. Spread ham mixture on top.
