Kassler Hawaii

Kassler Hawaii

Kassler Hawaii is also suitable for big celebrations as it has to prepare well for several people. It is best to leave the meat in the sauce for 4-5 hours to make it tender. Cut the Kassler salmon meat into slices and place in a baking dish or fat pan (depending on the number of people). Onions in rings, fresh mushrooms in slices cut. Spread both on the meat. Mix the cream with the Fraiche cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the Kassler. If possible, allow to steep for 4-5 hours. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°, mid-height, 35-45 min. Then place a slice of pineapple on each Kassler piece, cut leek onions into rings and spread over them. Grate the Gouda and spread it over the Kassler Hawaii. Baked for another 15 minutes. Fresh baguette or rice goes well with Kassler Hawaii.
