100 g Glass noodles
2 tbsp Oil
300 g Chicken breast fillet
100 g Roots
1 Onions
Garlic
20 g Ginger
100 g Leek
150 g China Cabbage
100 g Crabs
Sambal Oelek Paste
0,5 tsp Sugar
5 tbsp Soy sauce

Bami Goreng Noodle Pan is an Indonesian noodle dish and can be prepared in many different ways. Soak the glass of noodles in warm water for about 5 minutes. Boil salted water and cook glass noodles for about 8 minutes. Pour into a sieve and quench with cold water. Drain well. Bami Goreng noodle pan is prepared at high temperatures so that the vitamins of the vegetables are preserved (short cooking time). Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok and fry the noodles until crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the diced chicken breast fillet. Grate roots into strips, finely chop onion and garlic, peel ginger and grate finely, cut leek and china cabbage into fine strips. Place the vegetables in the pan and cook at high temperature for about 10 minutes. Add the shrimps and season with 1 pinch of Sambal Oelek, 1 pinch of sugar and 5 tablespoons soy sauce. Finally mix the noodles with the Bami Goreng noodle pan.
