Sigara Börek is rolled in an elongated shape like a cigar. Mix the minced meat, finely chopped parsley, peppermint and tomato pulp. Scald the tomato with boiling water. Peel off the skin and remove the seeds. Finely dice tomato and onion. Mix into the minced meat. Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and garlic. Moisten triangular yufka dough leaves with a little water. Spread some minced meat filling on the broad end. Leave the edges free. Roll Sigara Börek twice firmly towards the top. Roll the sides inwards and continue rolling to the top. This prevents the mince from falling out of the Sigara Börek. Heat oil in a pan. Fry Sigara Börek until light brown. Drain on paper.
