Sigara Börek with minced meat

Sigara Börek is rolled in an elongated shape like a cigar. Mix the minced meat, finely chopped parsley, peppermint and tomato pulp. Blanch the tomato with boiling water. Peel off shell and remove cores. Dice the tomato and onion. Mix into the minced meat. Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and garlic. Triangular Yufka dough leaves with little water moisten. Spread some minced meat filling on the wide end. Leave edges free. Roll Sigara Börek twice firmly towards the tip. Turn sides inwards and roll up to the tip. This prevents the minced meat from falling out of the Sigara Börek. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry Sigara Börek light brown. Drain on paper.
