Avocado with prawns

200 g Avocado
3 tsp Lemon juice
40 g Cream Fraiche
Pepper from the mill
0,5 tbsp Dill
100 g Crabs

Avocado with prawns is suitable as a small starter or for the cold buffet. Cut the avocado open all around and remove it from the core by turning it. Sprinkle the cut surfaces of the avocado with 1 tsp lemon juice and season with salt. Mix cream fraiche with 2 teaspoons lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the dill and mix in. Add the crabs to the fraiche cream. Fill avocado halves with crab cream and decorate with dill and some crabs.
