For foils, use potatoes with herbs and butter of the same size so that they cook at the same time. Wash and brush the potatoes. Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and place directly in the embers of the campfire, grill or fireplace. After 30 minutes the foil potatoes are cooked. Season soft butter with various fresh finely chopped herbs, pepper, salt and garlic. Unroll the potatoes, break them slightly with a fork and cover with herb butter.
