250 g Bulgaria Yoghurt
2 tsp White wine vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Dill
250 g Cucumber salad

Cacik is a Turkish yoghurt cold dish with cucumber, which also tastes very good as a grill sauce. Since Cacik is prepared without garlic, it is a delicious alternative to Tzatziki. The special taste and consistency of Cacik is given by Turkish yoghurt or Bulgaria yoghurt, as the fat content level is 3.5%, which is higher than normal yoghurt (usually 1.5%). The yoghurt is placed in a bowl and seasoned with white wine vinegar, olive oil, fresh chopped dill and salt. The cucumber is peeled, cut lengthwise and the seeds removed using a teaspoon. Then grate the cucumber coarsely and mix with the yoghurt cold peel. Cacik is served well chilled. For this, refrigerate the cacik in the fridge, or if you like, put ice cubes in the cacik. A pita bread will do.
