Baguette au gratin

300 g Baguette
250 g Tomatoes
100 g Mushrooms
0,5 Onions
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
Garlic
Pepper & Salt
150 g Herbs Fresh cheese
100 g Cooked ham
100 g Cheddar cheese

Baguette au gratin can be prepared very well and only needs to be baked for a short time. Preheat oven to 200° C. Cut baguette into two pieces. Cut in half lengthwise. Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds and dice. Cut mushrooms into slices. Cut onion into fine slices. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onions and mushrooms. Season with pepper, salt and pressed garlic. Add the tomatoes. Sauté briefly. Remove from heat. Spread the baguette with fresh cheese. Cut ham into small pieces. Mix with the mushrooms. Spread the filling on the fresh cheese. Grate cheddar and sprinkle over the top. Put the baguette on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes on the middle shelf.
