Fried potato casserole with schnitzel

500 g Potatoes
20 g Margarine
1 Onions
20 g Ham dice
Pepper & Salt
Paprika powder
300 g Pork schnitzel
20 g Fat
120 g Cream Fraiche
2 tbsp Milk
60 g Gouda cheese
2 tbsp Cut leek
1 tbsp Parsley

For fried potato casserole with schnitzel preheat oven to 225° C. Cook the potatoes, cool, peel and cut into slices. Heat margarine in a pan and prepare fried potatoes. Dice the onions, add the ham and brown lightly. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Pour the fried potatoes into a baking dish. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the thinly sliced pork escalopes at high temperature until crispy. Switch to medium temperature and fry the schnitzel for 2 minutes. Season the schnitzel with pepper and salt and place in the casserole dish. Mix cream fraiche with milk. Mix in the grated Gouda. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Finely chop the chives and parsley, stir in and spread over the escalopes. Bake the casserole on the middle rack for 10 minutes. For more people you can prepare the fried potato casserole also on the baking tray.
