American salad

American salad is prepared with homemade American dressing. Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken and ham until crispy. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Let cool down. American salad is not mixed, but served on plates. Cut salad into strips. Spread corn on top. Dice tomatoes, cucumber and paprika. Cut onions into slices. Spread over it. Cut hard-boiled eggs into quarters. Arrange on top. Spread the chicken and ham on top. For the American dressing, mix yoghurt, crème fraiche, ketchup and mustard. Season with lemon juice, sugar, pepper, salt and herbs like parsley, chives, leek and garlic. Serve American salad with American dressing. As main course American salad is sufficient when served with baguette.
