20 g Ketchup
1 tsp Mustard
4 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar

200 g Chicken breast fillet
1 tbsp Oil
Pepper & Salt
Paprika powder
30 g Ham dice
150 g Iceberg Salad
1 cans Maize

American salad is a hearty snack with fried chicken and American dressing. Chicken breast fillet in cubes cut. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chicken and ham crispy. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Allow to cool. American salad is not mixed, but served on plates. Cut the salad into pieces. Spread the corn on it. Dice tomatoes, cucumber and paprika. Cut onions into slices and spread over them. Eighths hard-boiled eggs and arrange on top. Spread with chicken and ham. For the American dressing mix yoghurt, cream fraiche, ketchup and mustard. Season with lemon juice, sugar, pepper, salt and herbs such as parsley, leek and garlic. American dressing separately served with American salad. As main dish American salad is enough for 3 portions if it is served with baguette. As a side dish to steak American salad is enough for 6 portions.
