Turkey Schnitzel Hawaii

Turkey Schnitzel Hawaii is served with a creamy curry sauce. Cook the wild rice. For the curry sauce in a saucepan milk and cream briefly bring to a boil. Mix starch flour in cold water. Thicken the sauce with it. Season with instant stock, curry powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cut 3 pineapple slices into pieces. Mix into the sauce. Preheat the oven to 150° C. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the Turkey Schnitzel Hawaii for 5 minutes on medium heat. Season with pepper, salt and curry powder. Place in a baking dish. Place a slice of pineapple on each. Top each turkey cutlet with a slice of Gouda cheese. Bake the Turkey Schnitzel Hawaii on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Halve red wine grapes. Garnish Turkey Schnitzel Hawaii with them.
