Greek lamb pot

Cut the lamb steak (see also information under ingredients) into small cubes. In a stew pot heat olive oil and fry the lamb steak at high temperature. Switch back to medium heat. Dice the onion, zucchini, eggplant and garlic and braise briefly. Deglaze with red wine and add the Kritharaki noodles. Fill with broth and add a can of tomatoes with juice. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper, salt and rosemary. Place a lid on the stew pot and stew the Greek lamb pot for about 15 minutes at low heat. This stew is easy to prepare, but very tasty and can be prepared wonderfully even for a larger number of people.
