Beef meat broth is versatile. Place the beef and marrow bones in cold water and bring to the boil. Skim off the foam, add onions and spices and simmer for 2 hours. Half an hour before the end of the cooking time, add the cleaned and finely chopped soups vegetables. If the beef meat broth is to be used as a basis for other recipes, it is poured through a sieve. If you want to eat them on the same day, the soups are cooked extra pasta and just before serving in the beef meat broth. Cut the meat into small cubes and use as a stocking for the broth.
