Carbonade in Gin Cream Sauce

500 g Pork Carbonade
Pepper from the mill
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Juniper berries
2 tsp Gin
100 g Cream
0,125 l Milk
1 tbsp Soy sauce
20 g Butter
1 cans Maize
300 g French fries Potatoes

Prepare the French fries in the oven according to the instructions in about 20 minutes. Meanwhile season the carbonate with freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with 4 teaspoons of gin. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carbonate vigorously in it. Then continue frying on each side for 5 minutes at low heat. Remove the carbonate from the pan and keep warm. Add 2 teaspoons of gin and the crushed juniper berries to the hot pan. Light the gin with a match and let it burn out in a pan while shaking lightly. Add cream and milk and boil over a high heat for 5 minutes until creamy. Season the gin cream sauce with soy sauce. In the meantime, let out the butter in a saucepan and heat the well washed and dried corn in it. Season with salt and pepper. Salt the carbonate shortly before serving to prevent it from becoming tough. Arrange the carbonade with gin cream sauce and corn on a plate. The French fries will go with it.
